Week 2 of Unrivaled kicks off Friday evening with a matchup between two teams of similar standing.
The Phantom and Mist are both phenomenal teams on paper. Sabrina Ionescu, Satou Sabally, and Brittney Griner taking on Breanna Stewart, Jewell Loyd, and Rickea Jackson. It feels like a WNBA All-Star Game is getting ready to tip off on Friday.
Yet both of these squads are searching for their first wins.
The chemistry seems good with both teams, as does the play style. Obviously the rosters are loaded, so it isn't a talent issue. Nonetheless, both clubs look to get right after a disappointing Week 1.

What to know about the Phantom
The Phantom have four of its six players averaging double-digit points. This was expected with the Big 3 that they have.
One area the Phantom struggle in, however, is rebounding. By the numbers, they are towards the bottom of the league with an average of 27.5 rebounds per game as a team. Only the Lunar Owls and the Vinyl average less, both by less than two rebounds per game-- but both of those teams are 2-0, hit shots at a much higher clip, and only have five players on each roster.
The Phantom look to get right on Friday.
What to know about the Mist
The league co-founder may be yet to find her stride scoring the basketball in Unrivaled, but Breanna Stewart is averaging a double-double. Jewell Loyd has shouldered most of the scoring burden, averaging 20 points per game.
The Mist have a ton of talent, all in different areas. DiJonnai Carrington is one of the WNBA's best defenders. Aaliyah Edwards is a Swiss Army knife. Courtney Vandersloot is a saavy veteran with a ton left in the tank. It's only a matter of time before the Mist break out.
