The highly acclaimed New Heights podcast featuring its hosts Travis and Jason Kelce, had a familiar face on the show this week.
WNBA Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark sat down for the highly anticipated hour long appearance where she talked various topics from being a life long Kansas Chiefs fan to becoming a hardcore Swiftie.
Aside from all of the fun loving topics that one might think surround being a popular sports star, Clark talked about her academic accomplishments from her tenure at the University of Iowa. Her mother considered the proudest moment to be when she was named an Academic All-American at Iowa where she reached a 3.64 GPA while majoring in Marketing.
Clark's academic accomplishments are even more impressive considering the amount of pressure she was under all while being a student athlete who changed the trajectory of women's sports forever.
The Kelce brothers said that Clark was the most requested guest for their podcast. A podcast that has been in the Top 5 ratings on Spotify and Apple, including the number one spot on Spotify for four straight months.
Jason Kelce had asked Clark to describe her 2024 in one word where she responded with "life-changing". Clark has been in the spotlight nonstop since setting record numbers her senior year at Iowa, whether it's been on various talk shows, golfing in Pro-Am tournaments or sitting court side watching the Indiana Pacers.
When asked what her advice to young people that aspire to be like her was she responded, "Have fun, enjoy. Remember why you do it, because you love it."
