10. Erica Wheeler

Some may question Wheeler’s inclusion over All-Stars like Anna DeForge, Tamika Whitmore, and Rita Williams, but each of those players only lasted two seasons in Indiana. Wheeler is on her sixth and continues to climb the franchise’s record books. Only five players have spent more years with the Fever.

Wheeler was an All-Star in 2019 when she averaged 10.1 points, 5.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.2 steals in 25.0 minutes per game.

It would turn out to be the end of her run with the Fever. She opted out of the Wubble the following season and left Indiana after four years for the Los Angeles Sparks in the 2021 offseason. Mitchell was traded to Atlanta in 2022 before making a comeback.

Wheeler decided to return to the Fever in 2023 when she became the league’s highest-paid player. She averaged 9.9 points, 5.0 assists, and 3.0 dimes as a 32-year-old, but Indiana won just 13 games.

Her production dipped in 2024. She is past her prime but has plenty to offer. Erica Wheeler is a Fever legend and has her name all over the franchise’s record books. The 5’7 guard is not done and could vault further up this list as she mentors Caitlin Clark.
