5. Kelsey Mitchell

Mitchell is in her prime and will continue charging up this list. The Fever selected her second overall in 2018 and she has played her first seven WNBA seasons in Indiana. Only Tamika Catchings and Briann January have played more years with the franchise. Mitchell is just now reaching her prime but has already made a dent in the Fever’s record books.

She made her second All-Star appearance in 2024 and is just the fifth woman in Fever history to make it multiple years. Mitchell is an elite scorer and shooter who has a long career ahead of her. Do not be surprised to see her go down as the one of the top three players in team history when things are all said and done.

Mitchell is second in points, fourth in assists, and second in field goals made for the Fever. Indiana has not made the playoffs since they drafted the 5’8 guard, but she is 11th in team history in win shares. If the Fever become title contenders around their new core featuring Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark, Mitchell will skyrocket up this list.

The two-time All-Star has made it back-to-back years and should have a couple of years left of her prime. Mitchell should get her first taste of the playoffs soon. Expect her to keep putting up monster numbers and climbing the all-time lists.
